I love bragging about our athletes. Recently, some of our athletes have been doing some WORK in their sport. Check this out!
- Becca and I went to Otterbein to watch Hannah Fecht play some basketball. Hannah is a Hilliard Davidson grad and been with us for a few years now. Her team Baldwin-Wallace beat Otterbein 66-45. Hannah had 11 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. She also recently was named to the all tournament team for the BW Holiday Invitational. Super soph playing well.
- Indoor track season has started and Aziza Ayoub won her first 800M of the season. I don’t think her school, Jonathan Alder, is officially registered or something because her time is currently number one in the state for the indoor season, but she isn’t recognized for it. Oh well, indoor is just a warmup for outdoor season as she begins her quest to repeat as 800M state champ.
- Cannon Riddle has started the indoor season off with a bang. There have been two weekends of indoor track meets across the state and after these two weekends, the Hilliard Darby athlete is ranked first in the high jump and second in the long jump. BOO YAH!!
- Gabby Mahaffey recently started back training with us and she said that her team won their first basketball game this past weekend. They won because she hit a last second shot. NICE!!
Keep up the good work everyone and please keep sharing the results of your games and meets with me. You can remain humble. We’ll brag for ya!
