When you are looking for a speed coach in Columbus, Ohio to help your athlete improve his/her speed, drop time, etc., that individual might say, “I can decrease your 40 time by .4 seconds.” Or, “I can decrease your 100M time by 1 second.”
Personally, I would want to see some physical evidence to validate such claims. I can say I’ve had a personal conversation with the Tooth Fairy, but until I show you the recording, you just have to take my word for it.
This picture is PROOF that our training can help you DROP TIME and GET FASTER:
The top left is Anna Kessler’s senior year for the 60M dash indoor in the state of Ohio. The top right is junior year. The bottom left is sophomore year, and the bottom right is her freshman year.
If you do the math, from her freshman year to her senior year, Anna improved her time by .65 seconds. You might think that isn’t much. But, quite the contrary when you are dealing with athletes who are already fast. Anna improved the most by any athlete in her class who competed in the 60M at the state level for 4 years.
Bottom line, if you have an athlete who you feel is already pretty fast, but needs to get to that next level, we can help. The chart above is to illustrate if you are starting as a freshman, this is potentially what you could shoot for.
Still each year improving by .15 to .2 of a second is a big deal. Just ask the person trying to tackle someone and just can’t get him. Just out of reach. A tenth of a second improvement can be around 2.5 feet. Think about that and how it matters in your sport.
Tenths of seconds is a BIG DEAL!
